What started out in 2010 as an “add on” service for some of our clients has rapidly expanded into a stand alone operation which has resulted in new software and systems upgrades to ensure we keep up with the latest compliance and regulation changes. We offer a full service Property Management for the Gisborne rental market and a sales division through Mike’s Real Estate which operates in the residential and lifestyle markets of Gisborne, New Zealand.

Our “rent roll” is capped at a certain number to ensure that we can supply the full service that our clients both owners and tenants deserve and our operation is 100% locally owned. Our rates are competitive and we have a policy of only taking on new rentals that are above the minimum compliant standards set by MPI.
